Cancellation/No Show Policy

  • Last minute cancellations will result in a fee (at Stylist's discretion)
  • Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  •  ANY and ALL No Shows will not be granted a future appointment without a "Rebooking Fee".
  • Habitual " No Shows" and last-minute Cancellations will no longer be accepted as Clients. 
  • 20% add on for Appointments received outside regular Salon hours.
